We are currently working on a lighting design for some new offices.

The importance of carrying out a lighting design is to ensure that the correct light outputs are given to suit the type of environment.

In this instance a standard admin/general office area requires approximately 500lux at desk height to comply with current recommended CIBSE guidelines.

The software used allows us to input exact room dimensions and gives us access to thousands of lighting products which ensures we get the exact data for each and every design we carry out.

The Relux software allows us to directly import architectural CAD designs which speeds us the process.

Once the lighting designs are complete and approved they will be passed on to the electrical site supervisor/manager who will install the lighting in the exact positions allowing the designs to form true on site.
